By creating a FARHOVE account, you agree to these terms. FARHOVE is a marketing, lead-management, and co-branding tool for loan officers and their real estate partners, and is a product of Lampatika LLC.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing AI-generated content before it's sent or published.
• You're responsible for holding valid consent for any lead or contact you message, and for honoring opt-out requests.
• You're responsible for complying with the laws and licensing rules that apply to your profession (e.g. RESPA, TCPA, fair-lending, and your state's real estate/lending regulations).
• You won't use FARHOVE to send content that discriminates, misleads, or violates fair-housing law.

What FARHOVE provides

FARHOVE provides documentation and workflow tools intended to help you stay organized and consistent — it does not provide legal, compliance, or financial advice. Compliance-related text and disclosures generated or displayed by FARHOVE are a starting point, not a substitute for your own or your company's compliance review.

Connected accounts

If you connect a social media account (e.g. a Facebook Page) to FARHOVE, you authorize FARHOVE to publish content and interact with comments/messages on your behalf, only as directed by you through the app, until you disconnect that account.

Termination

You may stop using FARHOVE and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or applicable law.
