FARHOVE ("we", "us") provides marketing, lead-management, and co-branding tools for loan officers and their real estate partners. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it. FARHOVE is a product of Lampatika LLC.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, company/NMLS details, and a headshot or photo you choose to add.
• Content you create: marketing copy, listings, generation history, and scheduled posts.
• Lead and contact information: names, emails, phone numbers, and property interest submitted through a listing site, QR code, or manually added by you.
• Communication records: whether an email or text was sent, delivered, opened, or clicked, and any consent/opt-out status.
• Connected accounts: if you connect a social media account for publishing, we store a reference to that connection, not your social media password.
• Basic technical information (browser, device, IP address) collected automatically for security and reliability.

How we use it

To operate your account, generate the marketing content you request, send the communications you or your leads have consented to receive, track delivery and engagement for your own reporting, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of vendors to operate FARHOVE, each only for the specific purpose below. We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

• Supabase — account authentication and our database.
• Anthropic — processes content you request to generate AI-written marketing copy.
• Resend — delivers the emails you send through FARHOVE.
• Twilio — delivers text messages you send through FARHOVE, where enabled.
• Upload-Post — publishes posts to social platforms you've connected (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Sentry — error monitoring, to help us catch and fix bugs.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Facebook / Meta permissions

If you connect a Facebook Page to FARHOVE, we request only the permissions needed to publish posts on your behalf, read and reply to comments on your posts, and (where you've enabled it) receive and respond to messages sent to your Page. We never post, message, or act on your Page without your explicit connection and ongoing authorization, which you can revoke at any time from your Facebook settings or from FARHOVE.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately and permanently stops future sends to that address.
• Texts can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
• You can disconnect a social media account at any time from your dashboard.
